A new Vision starts today

You will now be aware that Pinnacle Travel has regrettably entered administration.

We are therefore writing to introduce Visions Holiday Group (VHG) and to confirm that VHG has agreed with the administrators to protect all current and future bookings with as little disruption to you and your colleagues as possible. Welcome to Visions in Education part of Visions Holiday Group, an independent tour operator offering tailor-made holidays to a variety of worldwide destinations. We hold ATOL and IATA licences and are members of both ABTA and the Association of Independent Tour Operators (AITO). As a result all holiday monies paid to VHG are fully protected. Our sister company Independent Aviation Group is also one of the UK’s leading Aircraft Charter Brokers.

VHG have just acquired the assets and goodwill of Pinnacle Travel who were a leading tour operator specialising in educational travel. Pinnacle had an excellent reputation in the school’s market generated by a team of dedicated travel professionals both here and in North America and we did not want to lose their expertise. We therefore invited a number of key personnel to join our new school’s company – Visions in Education. We felt this would not only ensure continuity, but also maintain the high levels of customer service you have previously enjoyed. We are exceedingly pleased that they have all decided to accept and in all probability they will already have contacted and updated you on the current situation. They will also have given you honest and accurate advice to ensure that your trip operates without any further inconvenience.

Our team in the United States will continue under the very able leadership of Michele and Corinne who will also be happy to assist with any questions you may have about your particular tour. As a priority, we have asked our sales team to contact you to arrange a visit and offer any assistance in completing the documentation necessary to secure a refund of monies already paid to Pinnacle Travel and which will be secured under their bond.

In closing, we would like to reconfirm our intention to make the transition from Pinnacle Travel to Visions Holiday Group as seamless as possible and we will do all that we can to deliver an excellent holiday to your students.
