Other apres-ski activities can include bowling, tubing, cinema and a disco.
CITY STOP-OVERS
For the tour of a lifetime, Pinnacle groups have the opportunity to explore some of America’s finest cities. Our Vermont gateways include the stunning cities of New York and Boston. Pinnacle groups can take advantage of these gateway cities by making an overnight stopover either at the beginning or at the end of their stay (subject to flight times).
NEW YORK CITY
‘The Big Apple’ – pulsating and dynamic! A spectacular destination with a stunning variety of attractions! New York needs no introduction as it’s one of the greatest cities in the world – a fashion, cultural and financial metropolis! It is a melting pot of different cultures from all corners of the world. Go shopping on Fifth Avenue, scale the ‘Top of the Rock’ at sunset, take a Manhattan boat tour or wander round the lively district of Times Square. Whatever your age, New York has something to offer.
BOSTON
Boston is a cosmopolitan city of great contrasts – with a unique blend of 18th century brick town-houses, cobbled streets and towering, mirrored skyscrapers. The city is home to the famous ‘Red Sox’ baseball team, ‘Cheers’ bar, Harvard University, the site of the Boston Tea Party and the pedestrianised Quincy Market shopping centre. Jump on a ‘Trolley Bus Tour’ or take time to wander the ‘Freedom Trail’ that winds through this beautiful city, taking you past most of the important historical venues of its rich heritage – its well worth the walk!
