Once in resort, our experienced representative team offer 24 hour support.

FREE ASSESSMENT VISITS:
We firmly believe in, and support our Party Leaders by, delivering a professional ‘best practice tour’. In today’s current educational travel environment, previewing your chosen resort before you take your students there is essential, as valuable risk assessment and resort orientation can be completed.

PARTY LEADER FEEDBACK:
Our main aim is to read and act upon Party Leader midweek and post-trip reports to constantly improve, wherever possible, the experience your school group receives. We try and visit all of our returning Party Leaders within 14 days to discuss, face-to-face, the tour and future plans.
